The chat

What you write or attach in the chat (text, files and images) is sent to an artificial intelligence infrastructure provider located in the United States, which runs the model and returns the answer. We do not store conversations: we only count how many messages arrive from each IP address, in memory and for ten minutes, to enforce usage limits. According to its policy, that provider does not retain request content by default, except logs of up to 30 days for abuse monitoring, and does not use it to train models. This means what you write leaves the European Economic Area: do not write personal data, yours or anyone else’s. The legal basis is your consent when you use the chat knowing this. If you want to know which provider it is, write to us and we will tell you.

If you ask it for a website

To build it, KVVIKA uses the business details you give in the chat (name, activity, city and, if you write them, phone, email and address). Those details are published on the website it creates, which lives at a sample address and stays out of search engines until you decide to publish it, and they are stored on our server while the website exists. Only write business contact details you want to make public. To delete a website and its data, write to oscarindole@gmail.com.

Where the site lives

The site is hosted on Hetzner Online GmbH servers in the European Union, acting as data processor. The only transfer outside the European Economic Area is the chat, explained above. There are no forms, no accounts and no analytics or advertising cookies.
